We believe that horse racing ownership should be affordable and that owners should be kept up to date with regular communication about all news related to their horse, be that how the horse is working, how close they are to running, what courses and races are under consideration, what the expectations of horse are when it runs and how the race is likely to play out and of course how each horse comes out of their race.

RACING MANAGER

LAURENCE SQUIRE

Laurence has been involved in the racing industry for over 30 years and has built up a huge number of important contacts during that time in many key areas of horse racing including training, riding, ownership and bloodstock.

Laurence is a talented photographer and videographer who makes regular yard visits to document the progress of our horses. This helps owners feel as though they are on the gallops each morning, even when they are unable to visit the yard.

RACING MANAGER

SAM DARBY

Sam has worked in betting and horse racing for the past 20 years and during that time he has honed his skills as a real flat racing expert. This is a very useful skill when it comes to planning the best campaigns and races for our flat string.

On top of communicating with our owners, one of Sam’s key roles is to provide detailed previews of all races our flat horses are involved in. This is not just limited to how likely we think our horse is to win, but also how strong the opposition is, how each race is expected to develop, the likelihood of conditions suiting and how the course characteristics may or may not bring about the best in our horses.

TONY STAFFORD

Tony is perhaps best known for his time spent as the Racing Editor of the Daily Telegraph and he was also the Racing Manager for leading owner Raymond Tooth for a number of years.

As part of his current role as editor of ‘Trainers Quotes’ and ‘FromTheStables’, Tony speaks to over 20 trainers on a daily basis and has the inside scoop at a number of yards which can be a huge advantage for our purchasing and also race planning.

Alongside the usual trainer reports and videos of the horse’s work, we’ll provide news about how your horse will be campaigned in the coming months and what racecourses and meetings we are targeting and. There are also detailed race previews from professional race readers before each run and full debriefs about how the horse comes out of each race.
